Thanks!

Here's an excerpt from the 'Extras' bit in the back page of Golden Mane, Book One of The Adventures of Sarah Coppernick.

Huge thanks to everyone who helped me with the story and put up with me while I was writing it.  My wonderful wife Anna has been a sounding board, stalwart supporter and relentless provider of encouragement (and the occasional kick in the pants).  My brothers Joe and David, my parents John and Julie, and cousins Phil and Rachelle.  You guys rock!

Readers group royalty who also should be hoisted up onto pedestals are (No last names here.  You guys know who you are.): Ingrid, Maddy, James, Meg, Henry, Jozefa, Monika, Ray – you’re all legends.

Tom Hermann (www.tommiart.blogspot.com), your cover art is wonderful.  Thank you so much for working with an obscure amateur so diligently.

Kerry Biram (www.scholarly.info/book/9781740971379/), you looked at some very early drafts and provided some wonderful advice.  Thank you so much.

The senders of Rejection Letters (Gasp)!  Yes, I’m thanking you all.  I can be stubborn at times.  Being rejected only made me more determined to push forwards.

There are of course a whole bunch of wonderful people I've not listed, and they are the readers.  Those highly intelligent, discerning and imaginative people that they are!  So, to everyone who has read, is reading or is going to read my little tale, THANK YOU!

  2. Heh. I've had a number of therapists, or as I often think of them, the-mind-rapists. Not sure if I need to thank 'em, per se...

The ex-wife doesn't need a thanking... another verb ending in 'ing' might apply though.

Terapins are cool, but what I really want is a capuchin (that's a kind of monkey)!

  3. And it's love childREN - In between wives, I was a very, very busy boy...
